Health Plan Options
- Group and Individual Plans are available including the very popular and price competitive Health Saving Accounts & Health Reimbursment Accounts.
Dental & Vision Plan
- Dental coverage is available to all members through Southland National Dental and offers an extremely competitive benefit design and cost. The plan includes 100% coverage for Preventive services; 80% for Basic services and 50% for Major services including Orthodontia.
403(b) Plan*
- Members of the NRCA can access a tremendous retirement program through Security Benefit. One of the most attractive elements of the plan is that it is provided at no cost to the organization; there are no setup or year-end audit fees. Also, the plan does not require the agency to make matching contributions however it can be customized to allow for contributions as well as “Safe Harboring” if desired. It is a perfect fit for new plans as well as mature retirement programs.
